Project Overview

Liberty Pack is a packaging manufacturer and distributor based in Al-Rayyan New Industrial Area, Doha, Qatar. They supply cartons, plastic and paper rolls, food-grade packaging, and specialist materials for slaughter facilities and agricultural exporters — with a particular strength in date fruit cartons and produce packaging for Qatar's food production sector. The company holds ISO certification (SIS331124F054) and HACCP certification (H-00084), marking them as a serious industrial supplier to quality-conscious buyers. We designed and launched their Shopify storefront to serve two distinct customer types simultaneously: B2C buyers purchasing smaller volumes and B2B businesses placing bulk orders. The product catalogue architecture reflects this duality — with clear category navigation covering cartons, rolls, cork/foam, and specialist lines — alongside bulk ordering functionality and variant management that handles the range of sizes, specifications, and minimum order quantities their industrial clients require. The site is bilingual in Arabic and English, serving both Qatari domestic buyers and international clients. Accepted payment methods span Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Diners Club — broad enough to capture both local and cross-border orders. 3-day delivery across Qatar is prominently positioned, along with 24/7 customer support, to address the reliability expectations of procurement-focused buyers. The ISO and HACCP certifications are woven into the trust architecture of the site — surfaced contextually on relevant product categories and on the company credentials section — so that food producers and regulated industries can validate supplier compliance directly from the storefront.
