Tafseel Tech is a Riyadh-based custom clothing platform that bridges the gap between individual designers and professional garment manufacturing. Their model eliminates the traditional friction of sourcing fabrics and hiring tailors — customers select fabric type, cut, and style through an online configurator, and Tafseel's in-house Saudi design team takes ownership of production and delivery within 4–8 business days. The platform was built as a custom Arabic-first web application, with a right-to-left layout and a design language tuned for the Saudi e-commerce market. The product configurator allows users to customize abayas, thobes, t-shirts, and other garments with various fabric and cut combinations, reflecting a strong focus on local fashion preferences. A key part of the build was the B2B partnership module, which allows brands and entrepreneurs to apply for white-label manufacturing programs, request free samples, and access volume-based pricing tiers. This dual B2C and B2B model is handled within a single unified platform with role-differentiated flows. On the backend, the system manages order pipelines from design submission through production tracking and logistics coordination. WhatsApp integration provides direct customer support, while automated notifications keep clients updated through each stage of their order. The site is optimized for mobile-first browsing, reflecting the Saudi market's high smartphone usage rates. SEO and content are fully in Arabic, with structured data and performance optimization targeting local search intent around custom apparel and print-on-demand services.
