Greet solves a problem every Shopify merchant faces: learning who their customers actually are. Most stores collect an email at checkout and nothing else. Greet adds a polished multi-step popup flow that appears at the right moment, asks the right questions, and stores everything directly to the customer's Shopify profile — no third-party database, no CSV exports, no manual data entry. The app ships with five premium design templates — Executive Dark, Friendly Bloom, Editorial Minimal, Aurora Glass, and Retro Terminal — each crafted to match different brand aesthetics. Merchants who want something custom can generate a complete flow using the built-in AI flow generator, which takes a business description and outputs a ready-to-use question sequence. Conditional logic allows flows to branch based on customer answers, enabling personalized paths without any coding. Multi-language support with automatic language detection means international merchants can serve global customers in their native language from day one. Bulk import via CSV from Excel or Google Sheets makes it easy for merchants migrating from manual preference-collection workflows. Once flows are live, the built-in analytics dashboard tracks completion rates, drop-off funnels, and top answers — giving merchandising and marketing teams actionable data on who their customers are and what they want. Integrations with Zapier, Make, n8n, and Shopify Flow mean that every preference captured can immediately trigger workflows in the broader commerce stack: personalized email sequences, segment tagging, CRM updates, or custom discount codes.
