Global Products Expo organises large-scale trade shows and exhibitions across the United States and internationally. Before the engagement, their operations ran on a patchwork of spreadsheets, disconnected email threads, and manual finance workflows — making it nearly impossible to get a unified view of sales pipeline, client support, or financial health. We deployed Zoho One as the central operational platform, customising each product to mirror the firm's actual workflows rather than forcing the team to adapt to out-of-the-box defaults. Zoho CRM was configured with exhibition-specific pipelines covering exhibitor acquisition, sponsorship tiers, and renewals — with automated follow-up sequences that kept leads moving without manual chasing. On the financial side, Zoho Books was connected to the CRM so that signed deals flowed automatically into invoicing and revenue tracking — eliminating the manual handoffs that had been causing reconciliation delays. Custom Zoho Analytics dashboards gave leadership real-time visibility across all functions from a single screen.
