Project Overview
Baytak Group is one of Turkey's prominent real estate developers and brokers, managing a large portfolio of residential and commercial properties alongside a growing sales and operations team. Their challenge was a complete absence of a centralised system — property listings, client enquiries, HR records, and payroll were handled across different tools with no integration between them. We designed and built a tailored solution inside Zoho Creator, constructing the data architecture, UI, and automation logic from the ground up to match Baytak's exact operational model. The property CRM module captured every enquiry from multiple sources (website forms, partner referrals, walk-ins), assigned them to agents, tracked viewing appointments, and progressed deals through a custom pipeline through to contract signature. The HR module handled employee records, leave requests, attendance tracking, and document management — all in the same platform as the sales operations, giving management a complete picture of both business and team performance. Zoho CRM was integrated with the Creator platform to ensure that leads captured from digital campaigns flowed directly into the agent pipeline without manual re-entry. Intelligent workflow automations triggered reminders, reassigned stale leads, and generated weekly performance reports automatically. The outcome was a 35% reduction in administrative overhead and a 10% improvement in lead conversion efficiency within the first quarter after launch.
